Join us Friday nights from July 13 to August 31 for an evening of music. Every week will feature a different musical act, catering to a wide range of musical tastes, from blues, jazz, folk and more!

The Irish Wakers return to the Cannery on Friday August 10th! Comprised of Blake Williams (Irish bodhran award winner), Brian Robertson (guitar), Hugh Brock (flute, whistles, pipes), and Michael Burnyeat (recent winner of the BC Fiddler Champion award for the second year in a row!), the Irish Wakers celebrate the songs and dance music of Ireland, with nods to the Canadian Maritime and to seafarers everywhere. Accompanying melodic vocal harmonies, the line-up also includes fiddle, Irish flute, mandolin, guitar and Irish bodhran. This performance is sure to entertain with a brilliant selection of traditional Irish music to old sea shanties.

Tickets are $7 ($5 for kids 7-17) each and available at the door. Friday nights in July & August at 6:30 pm (doors open at 6pm). Concerts are held outdoors on the Cannery’s Tank Deck (indoors during inclement weather), so please dress warmly for our cool summer evenings.
