Music at the Cannery: The Harpoonist and the Axe Murderer

HAM

Last Friday, Ranj Singh & the Discriminators played an awesome show at the Cannery to a sold out crowd (our fourth sold out show of the season!). This Friday, we are bringing you The Harpoonist and the Axe Murderer. HAM is a finger-pickin’, foot-stompin’, harp-blowin’, roots blues duo drawing influences from the old masters like Mississippi John Hurt & Muddy Waters.

As always, the show starts at 6:30; shows often sell out, so please arrive early to avoid disappointment (we usually have the doors open by 5:30). Admission is by donation (suggested donation $5/person), and all proceeds go to supporting the Cannery. If the weather is bad, join us inside!

After this week, we only have five shows left:
August 6: Fraser Union (followed by a parade with live music and performances to Garry Point park)
August 13: Midnight Lightning
August 20: The Sumner Brothers
August 27: Paul O’Brien
September 3: Blue Train
