Halibut Prices High Due to Rough Start To the Season

Halibut season started early this year, but prices are high because of rough weather during the March 6 season opening. Halibut is important not only because of its wonderful flavour, but because its designation as a sustainable fishery makes it a top choice for savvy consumers.
