The Cannery is hosting our second annual Best Catch Sustainable Seafood Festival this Saturday! This is a great opportunity to learn about sustainable seafood, sample dishes, and meet producers and fishermen.
This Friday and Saturday, the Cannery will also be screening short videos about how to fillet and store fish. In most cases, it is best to purchase fish whole, so that you know exactly what you are buying. Once fish is filleted and packaged, it can be difficult to tell what it is.
