Got an adventurous palate? Then get your taste buds down to the Blue Water Cafe‘s Unsung Heroes¬†Sustainable Seafood Festival. Executive Chef Frank Pabst’s menu of critters that rank a little lower down the food chain is on now until February 28th. 10% of proceeds will be donated to the Vancouver Aquarium‘s Oceanwise program. Bring on the jellyfish and sea urchin!
