The second annual Wild BC is returning to Steveston on Saturday, August 29 at Fisherman`s Park, directly in front of the Cannery.

Cooking demonstrations hosted by Kosta Zogaris will feature:

• Quang Dang, Chef de Cuisine at C Restaurant
• Alessandra and Jean-Francis Quaglia, Proprietor-chefs of the Provence Resturants
• Stephen Wong, Cookbook author and journalist

Stop by from 11 am to 4 pm for:

• free recipes
• Wild BC seafood sampling & sales
• market area with local producers
• Wild BC seafood creations by top local restaurants
• live entertainment by Darren Specht and the Blues-Hawks
• kids activities, and more!
